We are open 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Mountain Time.
Visit our search page, find the property you would like to stay at and then enter your search details and check availability.
Check-in is always at 4pm or after
Check-out is always at 11am or before
If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please request approval for this form us to avoid interfering with our cleaning staff.
We will send you an email to help you prepare for your arrival. You should see the email 7 days before your arrival and then again as a reminder 2 days prior to your arrival.
Obey the rules you agree to and please leave the rental in at least as good of condition as when you found. Please email us any question, concerns or issues you have during your stay.
The Terrace Lakes Bungalow #1 can accommodate from 1 to 5 persons. #2 can accommodate up to 6. Please gain permission from us if you would like to try to accommodate more. There will be a $10 charge for each person above 2. These are a small rentals, so consider the space.
If you would like to have visitors at the site, please request permission from us so that we are aware. These guests should not stay overnight unless they are part of the original number of guests.
This is entirely up to you and the availability of the property. Give yourself enough advance so that you will be able to find a suitable date for your reservation.
